The American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services platform provides American Express cardmembers exclusive deals and travel benefits when booking a flight, hotel or car reservation through the site. The site is one of the most successful and visible properties within the American Express ecosystem.
I led the creative direction and user experience for a few years and during that time, I worked with a team of designers, developers and product managers to help achieve a year over year record increase in bookings and improved user satisfaction. Projects range from large-scale redesigns to a responsive platform to smaller initiatives that help impact the conversion within the booking path.
